Yoga
Breathe and stretch every Wednesday at noon in the sanctuary. Yoga will be held outdoors near the Giving Garden when the weather is warm enough.

Centering Prayer and Chair Yoga is on Thursdays

Like Jesus, we believe that children are a vital part of our commUNITY. Unity's youth and family ministry provides opportunities for people of all ages to learn about Jesus. Questions are encouraged, and as a result, faith is flourished.
